The Realization
After years working with financial planning clients, we noticed something. The people with the most detailed budgets were often the most stressed about money. Something wasn't adding up.

Research Phase
We dove deep into behavioral psychology research and discovered that financial stress has more in common with social anxiety than with actual financial problems. This changed everything.
